When you use Connect Hub (schedule or quote), we collect the details you submit, which may include:

• Preferred meeting window (if scheduling)
• Message / project description

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and deliver related services.

How we use and store it

• Messages are emailed to our studio inbox and may be retained in email / server logs as needed to reply.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels on this site.

Cookies & local storage

This site does not set marketing cookies.

• Essential / functional only: your color-theme preference is stored in browser localStorage (so-theme-pref) so the site remembers light, dark, or system mode. This is not a cookie and is not used for advertising.
• You can clear it anytime via your browser settings for this site.

Retention & your choices

Inquiry emails are kept as long as useful for follow-up, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of business. To request access or deletion of inquiry data we hold, email contact@syntaxorbit.xyz.
